About Your Stay
A delicious, full, homemade breakfast is included in the room rate. Breakfast is served in the Dining Room at 9:00AM daily. If you are unable to join us for breakfast a Breakfast-to-Go will be happily provided with 24-hours notice. Continental breakfast will be served on select holidays and events.
Check-in is between 3:00 - 5:00pm. Please let us know if you are unable to arrive during this time so the door code may be provided to you prior to your arrival. Check out is 11:00AM.
Private, off street parking is included with room rate.
If you would like for friends or family members to join you for breakfast, we are happy to accommodate. Please provide 24 hour notice. Additional charge per person is $12.The room rate is double occupancy. Additional guests are $20 per person and includes breakfast, linens and the use of an air mattress when available. Children over the age of 6 are welcome at 5 Corners or when multiple rooms are reserved by the same party. Please call for more information.
A two night minimum stay is required for holidays and/or holiday weekends (Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving weekend, July 4 weekend) and select Oberlin College events (Orientation, Parent's Weekend, etc). A three night stay is required for Oberlin College graduation or Memorial Day Weekend.
Smoking is permitted on the back patio.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guest pets.
For those customers who wish to exercise, day memberships are available at Fit for Life Fitness Center. Please call (440) 984-3084 for more information. A great walking/jogging trail is also a short distance away.
There are many wonderful attractions within an easy driving distance from 5 Corners including historic Oberlin, Ohio, Oberlin College, Cedar Point, Lake Erie, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Prime Outlets Lodi, Lake Erie Islands, wineries and much, much more. We are happy to provide driving directions to make your trip more enjoyable.

Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your room. Visa and Mastercard reservations confirm immediately. Customers wishing to make a deposit by check are welcome to do so if the reservation is at least one month in advance.
Due to the limited number of rooms, cancellations of all reservations must be made 8 days (1 month for holidays and special events including Fall Move-In and Parents' Weekend) in advance of the scheduled arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. If your room is rebooked for the same dates as the originally scheduled reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $25.00 charge. All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a $25 handling charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged for their entire stay. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
Oberlin College Events
A minimum stay is required for select Oberlin College events. A three night minimum stay is required for Oberlin College Graduation and/or Memorial Day weekend. A two night minimum stay is required for Parents' Weekend and Freshman Orientation. Reservations are accepted for Graduation beginning June 1 of the prior year (i.e. reservations for May 2011 will be accepted beginning June 1, 2010). For Oberlin College Graduation, cancellations made by February 15 will be charged a $50 rebooking fee. A 50% non-refundable deposit (check or money order) is required by February 15. The outstanding balance is required by April 15 (check or money order). After April 15, your entire stay is non-refundable as guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date. If deposits are not received by requested dates, your reservation will be forfeited. A similar pre-payment schedule is required for Orientation and Parent's Weekend.
